By accessing roesploits.com and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. About Us

Roesploits ("we", "us", "our") operates roesploits.com. We specialize in selling digital license keys for software and games.

Roesploits is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any game developer, game publisher, software company, or platform (including but not limited to their parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates). This includes, without limitation, Roblox Corporation and its products. All product names, trademarks, and brand names mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Any use of such names does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

2. Products

We sell digital game enhancement software ("Software") for entertainment purposes. All products are digital goods in the form of license keys or activation codes, which are instantly delivered to your email address after payment confirmation. All product descriptions are listed in the product list. The buyer is responsible for reviewing and verifying compatibility before purchase. All products are sold solely for entertainment purposes.

3. License Grant

Upon successful purchase and delivery, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased key for its intended purpose. You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or transfer your license key to any third party
Share, publish, or otherwise disclose your key
Attempt to reverse engineer or duplicate the key
Use the key for any unlawful purpose

Violation of these terms will result in immediate license termination without refund.

4. Regional Compatibility

License keys may be subject to regional restrictions imposed by the original software publisher. It is solely the customer's responsibility to verify regional compatibility with their platform account before purchase. We are not liable for keys that are incompatible due to regional restrictions.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent prior to purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and terminate licenses at our sole discretion if we determine that a customer is engaging in fraudulent activity or abuse.

7. License Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license without refund if you:

Violate any provision of these Terms of Service
Initiate a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback
Attempt to resell, share, or transfer your license key
Engage in any form of fraudulent activity

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on roesploits.com are the property of Roesploits or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are provided "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of a product for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or continued support by the original software publisher. If a third-party publisher discontinues a product or revokes access for reasons beyond our control, we are not liable for resulting losses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific transaction. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

11. Third-Party Terms of Service

All products sold by Roesploits are intended for use within the bounds of the applicable third-party platform's terms of service. It is solely the customer's responsibility to review and comply with the terms of service, end user license agreement (EULA), and any other rules imposed by the original software publisher, game developer, or platform on which the product is used.

Roesploits does not guarantee that the use of any purchased product will not result in account suspension, ban, restriction, or any other action taken by a third-party platform. Any such consequences are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any actions taken against the customer's account by any third-party platform.

12. No Liability for In-Game or Account Losses

Roesploits shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or negative consequences experienced by the customer as a result of using any purchased product or key. This includes, but is not limited to:

Account suspension, ban, or termination by any third-party platform
Loss of in-game items, currency, progress, or account value
Unauthorized access to or compromise of the customer's account
Loss of access to games, services, or platforms
Any penalties imposed by a third-party platform or developer
Any financial losses resulting from the above

The customer acknowledges that all use of purchased products is undertaken entirely at their own risk. Roesploits provides the product as described — any outcome resulting from its use is beyond our control and responsibility.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in the State of Delaware, United States. Arbitration shall be conducted in English. You waive your right to participate in any class action proceeding against Roesploits.

If arbitration is not enforceable in your jurisdiction, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the State of Delaware, United States.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Refund Policy

General Policy

All sales on roesploits.com are final. Due to the digital and instantly delivered nature of our products (license keys), we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a key has been delivered, as the product cannot be "returned" once disclosed.

By completing a purchase, you explicitly confirm that:

You have read the product description and verified regional compatibility
You understand that digital goods are non-returnable once delivered
You agree to this No-Refund Policy

Exceptions

Exceptions may be made solely at our discretion in the following cases:

The key was not delivered due to a verified technical error on our side
The key was demonstrably already redeemed prior to delivery (documented duplicate)

In such cases, we will provide a replacement key. If we are unable to provide a working replacement within 72 hours of your report, we will issue a full refund. Cash refunds are issued only in this specific circumstance.

To report an issue, contact roesploits@gmail.com within 72 hours of purchase. Claims submitted after 72 hours will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

No Refunds For

Change of mind after purchase
Incompatibility due to the customer's regional account settings
Keys that have been activated or attempted to be activated
Violations of our Terms of Service

EU Consumer Rights — Important Notice

For customers located in the European Union: under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. However, by completing your purchase and requesting immediate delivery of a digital product, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the license key has been delivered to you.

This waiver is confirmed by your explicit agreement at checkout.

Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us at roesploits@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback. We respond within 24 hours and will work to resolve any legitimate issue promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without prior contact, or initiating a fraudulent chargeback, will result in:

Immediate and permanent revocation of the associated license key
Permanent termination of your account
Reporting of the fraudulent activity to our payment processors

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and to provide all relevant transaction and delivery evidence to our payment processor.
